I am currently a Finance and Accounting student completing my final year of the Honors Business Administration program at the Ivey Business School – Western University. This past summer I had an opportunity to work at KPMG Corporate Finance as an M&A Analyst. Prior to this, I studied Biochemistry at McMaster University for three years, with a focus on pharmaceuticals and human anatomy.
Currently an Honors Business Administration candidate at the Ivey Business School, Jason is expecting to graduate in 2015. This past summer, he interned in Private Wealth Management, helping clients to manage their portfolios. He is passionate about finance and starting his own business. Aside from school, Jason is the Creative Director for Ivey Business Review, the only undergraduate strategy journal in Canada.
I am currently in an undergraduate doing a dual degree in Business and Economics with a certificate in sustainability. I have experience working in a forex brokerage start up, a private equity shop, a number of research position in academic settings as well as tons of philanthropic involvements.
My goal is to play a key role in the growth of a small or medium enterprise. I want the opportunity to build upon my well-rounded foundation of business knowledge by bringing new and innovative products to market.
This past summer I worked as an Intern at Cervus Equipment, and my previous experience is in information technology.
I am currently in my final year of the HBA program at the Ivey Business School, pursuing a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. My favorite areas of study include strategy, operations, and anything involving high-growth companies.
Beyond the classroom, I am passionate about the Western Charity Orientation Program. Over the past two years I have volunteered my time to raise awareness and funds for cystic fibrosis and cancer research. My experiences in these positions have given me incredible perspective and I hope to continue to give back as I progress into a career.
