Drew Park

CEO and Founder of Q-Cigarettes, LLC, Drew Park is weighing plans to become either a community general pediatrician or pediatric oncologist. His upbringing, education and work experiences have led him to place special value on primary care and preventative medicine. He sees Q-cigarettes, and tobacco control in general, as an extension of this medical mission.

Dr. Raymond Hohl

Dr. Raymond J. Hohl is current Director of the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute. Besides his interest in clinical care and research, Dr. Hohl is an inventor of anticancer therapies and co-founder of his own biotechnology company. Dr. Edythe London

Dr. Edythe London is The Thomas and Katherine Pike Professor of Addiction Studies and Director of the UCLA Laboratory of Molecular Pharmacology at the David Geffen School of Medicine, University of California at Los Angeles. She is widely known for her work on substance abuse and addiction – tobacco and nicotine dependence prominent among them. Drew and Dr. London began their collaboration in the spring of 2014. They have been co-writing a Small Business Innovation Research Grant through the National Institute of Drug Abuse for a feasibility study scheduled for the end of the academic year.

Team Fun Facts

-Drew is an expert in shampoo, nail polish and combs as he has over five years’ experience working at his mother’s beauty supply store.

-Both Drew and Dr. Hohl have spent time in and love the Midwest. Dr. London said she could not live there. Dr. London is a sophisticated and urbane woman whose interests – to the best of Drew’s knowledge – do not include tailgating, football and corn mazes.

-Raunak is long-time Manchester United supporter and black belt in karate. He also almost drowned in a pond at the age of four.

-Innocent’s interests include basketball, guitar-playing and song-writing. He can be found at open-mic nights around San Francisco.
