Ryan Schueler

Chief Marketing Officer—Ryan Schueler is the director of all marketing, sales, and customer relations. Ryan graduated from the Robert H. Smith Business School at the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2014 obtaining a degree in Marketing and a Minor in Technology Entrepreneurship. While a student at the University of Maryland, Ryan built, trained and managed a sales team of over 30 people for an exterior painting company. He brings this experience to the team combined with his ability to create meaningful relationships in any settings. In sum, if you meet Ryan in an elevator, it is likely that you will be drinking Javazen the next morning with your breakfast.


Aaron Wallach

Chief Executive Officer—Aaron Wallach maintains overall authority for the direction of the company. This involves strategic planning of new products, evaluating new market channels, legal work, while sharing authority over manufacturing. Aaron is a health-crazed, yoga fanatic and a high energy maverick. Graduating from the school of Public Health at the University of Maryland with a degree in Kinesiology and a Minor in Technology Entrepreneurship. Aaron has been a personal trainer at the University. Additionally, Aaron started an online personal trainer network called TrainerTracker. Beyond starting a health-focused startup, Aaron gained experience in the food industry with his sales work for Foodem, an online platform for wholesale food distribution. Javazen is an avenue for him to share the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.


Eric Golman

Chief Operations Officer—Eric Golman serves as the director of product development, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supplier relations, and other day-to-day activities of the business. As a student at the University of Maryland, College Park, Eric is studying Environmental Economics and Entrepreneurship. Eric’s experience with integrated assessment modeling for climate change mitigation strategies at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory adds a socially-minded and analytical approach to the company. Additionally, Eric brings the Java to the Zen.


Team Fun Facts

Ryan has gone wine tasting in South Africa, been in cages with sharks, and petted lions all within the same week!

On the weekend Aaron spends time brewing his own kombucha, enjoying hot yoga, and making superfood smoothies.

Eric has been an entrepreneur from the start. Even before he obtained his drivers license he bought and sold cars and boats off Craigslist for fun.
